I usually spend about 3-5k with AMEX a month for flights and travel for work, so I assume this is why I was offered. 

We install new big-ticket items during rehab, but everything has a shelf life.

Hell, if you can build to building code around here, it'd be worth it for me to pay for plane tickets for you and your whole crew to fly out here and put this thing together.
