I have started that process they seem to lead me to finished product. they have brought a couple of properties that I like and thinking of brrrr them. does your property managing company vet renters & deal with evictions 

Hi, Guys,I just finished a rehab.

I would certainly recommend looking into anything that is financial or basic business law, while marketing and basic business course may sound super helpful if you already have a decent understanding you will probably feel like you aren't getting much out of them (I just finished my final semester of business management).

I advise 1) Keep saving cash 2) Finish your basement remodel and rent out your basement as well as your extra room 3) TALK TO A LENDER!!!!! 

If you can find houses that are similar in square footage and finishes to the finished product you are shooting for, you should be good to go.Practically speaking, however, sometimes there just aren't enough sold properties in the neighborhood you're looking at.

I have a video of the EMF guy inside of my house taking the reading and when he finished he told my sister inside of the house assisting him that he is not getting enogh reading just like in her house, he say is so low I am not getting anything, so my sister say to him I know the other EMF guy say the same thing. 

By finishing the basement, we doubled the square footage on our side.

The furnace is at least 30 years old.The other has just been gut-renovated with high end finishes and a new open floorplan. 

Fix that one up and offer each successive tenant the option to move in to a finished one or move out.
