BP,I am making moves to invest into a MFH home here shortly but wanted to ask those experienced in MFH investing (Duplex to Quadplex), how are you running comps in the area?

I just purchased my first multi unit and want to make sure I've got a great accountant on my team as soon as possible. 

I would love to hear your experienced opinions on the deal before the attorney review period is over.It's a 2 family place and I would live in 1 of the units.  

You need a good team established in that area too. 

This topic has come up many times and most experienced landlords will not even use such sites like Cozy because even though you are not accepting the fee directly, you are requiring them to go use that site.

When they get experienced enough with a track record they can sometimes get bank financingIn my opinion, a condo conversion is not a good first renovation project. 

But again, not totally necessary, but it could help with learning and experiencing.

I'm looking for a lawyer in southern MO who is experienced in real estate.
