I've house hacked 3 times and work almost exclusively with house hackers, so this is an incredibly common issue we see all the time, unfortunately.My thoughts would be - how long ago did you buy your first property?

The reasoning behind this I believe is that the lender feels threatened my the tenant's lease for not exclusively saying they do not have the right to purchase.
