Spring/Summer is a better time to sell a house but houses are sold and purchased every day of the year.

If one tenant is being really hard to live with other roommates, creating issues out of nothing on a daily basis to the point where tenants are complaining to me every week and sometimes daily.As a landlord, I tried diffusing situations many times to no avail.

I drive by nearly every day and there is typically 0-1 person there working, but rarely there are a few. 

Every day is bringing about a new scenario, so keep your wits about you and hope we sail through this smoothly.

Money isn't free and this will either come down on tax payers or higher prices for everyday goods. 

Guidance changes everyday (more restrictions and closures).   

Things are tightening every day (per my lender partners).

I would deal with it on a case-by-case basis.

It’s a “safe” neighborhood, gun violence or a shooting like this would be the last thing I’d ever expect, but crazy **** happens everyday.

They get enough of the cold call blaster calls everyday.
