I'd expect more like 2 bed/ 2 or 1 bath.As for lot size:Subject property: 7,623 sq ftComp 1: 6,969 sq ftComp 2: 13,068 sq ftComp 3: 6,534 sq ftComp 4: 8,276 sq ftI can't find anything on the garage's or how old these houses are but I'd expect them to be "older" as this is an established "older" part of town.

I was just suggesting to Alex that if he really learns from successful wholesalers here on BP, he can bring some great deals to his buyers.Unfortunately I have not been in the game too long here in the states so I don't have a good wholesaler base, and I can't think signing up on anymore landing pages is going to generate great deals for me, just my short term experiences talking here.

Otherwise, you may want to connect with an established investor at your local REIA that buys directly from homeowners and see if they might be willing to advise you on how they do it, or, who they use when they buy a home.
