Unless we develop a vaccine we are looking at some permanent lifestyle changes and the inner cities will become a thing of the past along with the accoutrements that made downtown living so attractive to many people.

There is enough space for one, and I'm thinking I can then market them as 1+ Bedroom, to enhance the value, and hopefully, enhance the rent.  

You don't want to look back in 5 years and realize that you missed out on your opportunity to double your holdings/income or better and really be able to have the lifestyle and family time you always wanted.  

It seems like a SFH would be the most affordable option to house hack, and we’re okay with the lifestyle choice.

My worry is that this situation is going to arise again... and soon... based off of my knowledge of her lifestyle.
