Are there programs available for real estate agents ?

The government set up a program for farmers to get a loan for another ox etc to increase crop production. 

I am trying to find local providers, but am having a difficult time finding someone who has a good program geared towards multi-tenant buildings.

If you're a bit flexible (you sign stating that you will live there for a year, and this program is intended for owner-occupants, not investors), it might be worth looking into.

I'm looking for the easiest, reliable online program or software (free) and also any apps for IOS.

There are programs that teach you wholesale commercial investing.   

I need a commercial agent that knows and has seasoned experience in Houston commercial and wholesale MF properties and has knowledge of city and state redevelopment incentive programs.
