Stay safe, stay healthy

I am sure price defines how close you are to popular areas, so they just want somewhere safe (Coming from someone whos never been there).

I plan taking out the equity out after each one is paid off for the next down payment. it seems like a great strategy. safe, slow, and seems smart.

After 24  hours (just to be safe) I wrote them checks for the rent and security deposit.

That's not a very safe way to heat a place.  

Calling in a building inspector will likely open up a can of worms but in the end the rooms will likely be made legal and safe.

For the women out there that actively manage properties: how do you feel secure and safe meeting potential tenants and showing the property?
