In our experience, the #1 mistake landlords make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.

They have package levels based on what you are looking to do for the equipment and interior design. 

If you ask either company (that your refinancing with or drawing the HELOC with) and they should be able to confirm the time range in which you have to pull your credit multiple times without being decreased.

If the city is saying it’s zoned two units, but the basement unit is legal non confirming (grandfathered in) then your ok.  

I have worked with all of them on multiple projects that I have designed so I trust them to do good work.
