If you're on our site and view the drone footage of our completed projects you'll see the amount of care put into having a great setting to bring in A class renters which are more stable, and provide great returns.  

Basically our analyses shows that from an investors point of view there are two things majorly wrong with this property. 1.)

From a dealmaker/promoter point of view the primary value center for a marketplace is access to investor eyeballs.  

Allows family to view me in a more professional light.3.

Cut out all non-essentials, car payments, restaurants etc to change your life.If one is describing these as RTO - rent to own- run.

I really like The Real Estate Recipe: Make Millions by Buying Small Apartment Properties in Your Spare Time (Nuts & Bolts Series) by Brian K Friedman, and Multi-Family Millions: How Anyone Can Reposition Apartments for Big Profits by David Lindahl to name a few, but I have gone to Amazon and purchased a bunch of cheap kindle books that have a much more realistic view with out all the hype.
