You don't know if the buyer has passed that office inspection; even if they did, your agreement with the service that provides you the data probably denies you the right to pass along the reports.

They can also suggest various credit cards where you are likely to get approved as opposed to getting denied (I remember about 25 years ago, I was in college and received a pre-approval letter like the one above from Discover - I sent in the application and was subsequently denied).
