The credit reports show the previous addresses with dates. 

I am a newer real estate agent who has fantastic credit and about $80K in savings.

Every time the dirtbag tries to rent again, or buy anything on credit, it will pop up and stop them.You can take the recorded judgement to a collection agency.

What is the credit score looking like ? 

Someone gets 10 deals under their belt and then they go out and try to sell courses. 

And of course, age of building matters too.  

I think it takes a while for your credit score to establish.

Make sure you carefully evaluate the credit quality of this tenant prior to leasing to them.
