Should I BRRRR a property or pay cash for a couple mobile homes?

I can make better returns in the market than what I am seeing at the moment. 

I ended up living here longer because I got into real estate full time and didn't have the energy to finish fixing up, but moved out a couple months ago and it's almost ready to rent out as 2 units for Airbnb's or mid-term.

I'm interested to hear about any REI strategy, with properties located in safe neighborhoods, that yields better than the 1% rule minus operating expenses.

Youll find out through time, trial and error that almost every lender can offer the same terms the one that will stand out is usually the one that is most responsive and transparent with their process.

I think it’d be worth holding for a few months until January  Also fyi a lot of students pay by semester all at once, once they’re refund checks come in which can be a couple weeks after classes start. 

The market is funky and condos are usually the first to show signs of weakness.

In any case, I usually do not talk much about my scientific work...

The most difficult thing I had was opening an account with one of the top four US banks, but after a couple of visits for more documentation and signatures, they opened it.

Sold it a couple years ago.
