I agree with @James Malone..I have a property manager that listed on the other sites but got the most interest/replies on Facebook Marketplace.

I would be interested in passing this off to another investor if they would be interested in that.The complication is that another investor would probably not want to pay you much.

There is a lot of great people on this site in the spokane area.

It really only gets complicated when the body is not discovered for a extended time.It would be interesting to know what kind of a mess costs 48K to clean up.

quick way would be to look at last years amount, listed on sites like redfin/zillow.

It has been another two weeks, and I've now paid the first month mortgage on the unit, and still have no renters.I've listed in Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, TenantCloud (including the third party sites ie: Zillow, Trulia, Apartments, etc..)My listing reads as such:Enjoy Lake Owasso, tennis or the pool with this architecturally designed remodel.
