I had a termite inspection done and a home inspection and everything came back clean except for a few minor things (dented dryer duct.. ect).

I would add some color.

I stained them the same color.

A wearlayer is the clear coat over the color layer that prevents you from walk off the pattern as you may have seen in peel n stick cheap tiles.

The roof looks older in the photos, the dark exterior color doesn't help, driveway needs cleaning. 

It passed all of my return hurdles with flying colors and was above what I typically see in my market.

The topcoat on the Rustoleum is what will keep the scratches from damaging the color layer and looking bad, so if it is thick and hard it might hold up fine in a light traffic area.

What white color is your favorite for trim and baseboard?

Unless you are talking about some hideous 70's setup, most of the time you can work with solid color tiles - regardless of the color - by fashioning the room around the tiles.

I’ve had issues in the past with guests removing my old lock’s bridge that was plugged into an outlet.Comes in a number of different finish-outs so if you have to have a specific color for HOA, you should be able to find it.You can add/remove and manage the devices lock codes from the Schlage app which I haven’t had any problems with.
