Despite my concerns, I was convinced to proceed with the promise of a more manageable payment plan and reassurances of quick success in the real estate market.

So the negative cash flow is an inconvenience, but I plan on staying the course.

If you are planning to contact sellers directly, Deal Machine is very good and very economical in pricing. 

I use state farm and every time I have a property I call my agent and tell them exactly what I plan on doing.
