I know my lender wants the line item complete and installed before paying out, so I have learned to break down the budget into smaller chunks plumbing rough in and then plumbing fixtures etc.. it usually takes less than a week to get paid some lenders just have you submit pictures or livestream the inspection.

I’d just add that NYC landlords are now legally obligated to do what they can to re-rent the apartment promptly for market rent when there’s a lease break (to “mitigate their losses”).

If they rented it with a five-burner stove then you should maintain it as a five-burner stove.If you rented the house with a functional dishwasher and the dishwasher breaks, you should repair/replace it.However, you shouldn't bend over backwards.
