Again, this is for outside protections, as a reputable syndicator will be moving all docs through their attorneys to make sure signature blocks are properly kept.Lastly, regarding finding good syndicators, I would encourage you to network and talk to as many people as possible.

I could try lowering the price but I don't understand how my price is to high when apartments within four blocks are listed at 1800/1900 that haven't been renovated and the apartment I have listed has a new bathroom/kitchen and central ac/heat.

I bought a full year insurance on my rental property from Farmers, after 3 months they just mailed me a letter saying that we will cancel your contract since risks does not meet their underwriting guidelines...Is that normal to cancel the contract after 3 months???

New mailbox and address  lettering  1000%light staging, light furniture, bright colors ( while or off white).These items are the biggest bang for the money and effort!
