MH's cannot be moved... the only way they can be replaced is to dismantle on site.Not worried about tenants they cannot live any where else in the state of Oregon for less money unless they co habitate with others.

It's a good bet that the places that saw the biggest declines will still be the weakest come the next market decline unless they've had some major changes (neighborhood revitalization, new public transportation options, etc).

Lenny, I have found my best bet was to go online, find the actual FHA, FNMA, Freddie Mac, Homepath, etc., loan guidelines, and read through them all until I had a basic understanding of the actual rules, not just what the lenders were telling me.

You might be better off betting on red or black, which I wouldn't recommend either.
