Our current management company is horrendous (Onyx Management) and it's been a nightmare trying to deal with them in maintenance and upkeep tasks for the building.We currently pay them about $200 a month to manage our building, but are paying a lot more than that in repeated maintenance costs when they mess up repair jobs.

It talks about paying some one to do the 80% of daily tasks and you focus on the 20% of tasks that make/save you the most money and give you the ability to improve the most.

Still, I like to ecourage people to take on whatever task they can.

There's a lot more to be concerned with when doing seller financing than division of tasks.

But you cannot scale without a team, regardless of the endeavor you choose.I'd look at your processes for each one and start identifying tasks you can outsource.
