Oh and I learned what a "put" and a "call" were in regareds to investing in the stock market.I have purchased, rehabbed, and currently seeking tenants on one home and  have made an offer on another.I have learned so much from the podcasts and videos and just plain stalking the forums it is amazing!

I know I'm looking forward to seeing more of Mindy around the site, producing some pretty amazing articles, videos, podcasts, and more. 

Hey everybody, just completed the Than Merrill's 3 day workshop, i think it was well worth the $197.00 but i was amazed at just how many people were so willing to open their wallets and dish out $35,000 for one of their packages.

It was pretty amazing.  

I have had my license for a month and work for an amazing company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty.  

Wanted to say hi to everyone as a new member and new to the business I will try to make the most of this amazing resource.

The house turned out amazing in the end. 

I have started to already and I am amazed with the abundance of information specific to all areas of real estate investing.

Apparently the old woman who lived there could no longer live by herself and had to move in with her kids about 2 hours away. 

This is an amazing accomplishment.
