Just because there is an assisted population in an area does not mean it will devalue your property....But, one sure can, so I suggest you simply call an appraiser and ask one simple question, how they would view that subdivision near a subject property in that price range.

In order for the security instrument to be perfected it must include recording typically those mistakes were not made and it they a statistical part of the population the percent is so small it is meaningless and would fall under Error & Omission claims since it is a matter of practice.

The fact that these banks have been colluding to affect the LIBOR -- which influences pretty much any interest rate in the world, directly or indirectly -- is basically saying that much of the world's population has been directly affected by this collusion.
