I’ve been watching YouTube and reading articles.

I’ll be seeking guidance from friend’s who have flipped before, YouTube tutorials, the BP forum, books and outsource when I need too (e.g. electric, plumbing, anything structural).

I came across this youtube video of a booby trapped house.

I've done some research, watched a few videos on youtube, and read the book "The Art of Wholesaling Properties: How to Buy and Sell Real Estate Without Cash or Credit" by Aram Shah. 1.

They both said the couple next door leaves trash all over their front yard and the biggest problem is loud music and yelling at 2,3,4 in the morning.

I YouTubed "How to set up an LLC in NC" so I would just do that for the same thing in NY.

Thanks @Brett Read, yes everyone has dismissed that “million dollar assets” idea i had (think i saw it in a Youtube video).  

Youtube comments are pretty much scraping the bottom of the garbage can as far as internet communication goes.
