Hi BP, i’m curious if anyone has moved an electrical meter without upgrading service. i recently upgraded a meter and was forced to move it to a new location however now i can’t pass inspection because the service enters the building before the meter (only good route to get to new meter was indoors) i really want to avoid a new electrical drophas anyone found a way to enter the building before metering?

I've been working with job titles like construction project manager, who doesn't know a lot about construction but coordinates architects, engineers, GCs etc, the VP of RE management, who also does not know a lot about construction but oversees site selection, lease negotiations, property management, RE accounting who writes my checks and does annual CAM audits, and other jobs like that.

All North DFW has the highest appreciation while South DFW will be giving you the better cash flow.If this is your first rodeo, then I would suggest to be close home if you are also planning to self-manage.Then the age of the properties and access to highways.

I don't think it should matter if the deal is seller financed, cash, or hard money; the title search and insurance process should be the same.
