Every unit in the city legally should be open to accepting Section 8 applicants.

In the meantime, please completely fill out both the Rental Application (included with this letter) and the Lease Agreement.

I'm not sure if this is a good or bad idea, or if I should just stick with a regular tenant for my first rental, as I've got 3 other decent applicants.
