@Jay Hinrichs that's exactly what I was thinking, perhaps I come a master in my own market as opposed going off shore to find it's not what it cracks out to be.

Also, we might need to reflect on how we handled things, presented the deal, what we could have done to make it a stronger deal, or shore up our experience in some way,, etc.
