I was hoping to get some shared insights into what the best starter tech stack looks like for a wholesaling operation.

But, if the units and amenities are basically the same, then when the rent agreement comes due, propose the same rent structure.As landlords, we need to continue to keep rents in alignment with the market.

The initial tenant issue was settled at $700 and change, which I paid.

distressed deals come from the classic situations.Burnt out land lord.. house fallen into disrepair no money to fix it..

Apartments in Connecticut have a 95.6% occupancy rate and stay on the market for just 37 days—making it one of the most competitive rental markets around!

From, "someone ate my food" to "someone takes long showers and uses up all the hot water" and even arguements over parking spots.Who wants to handle all that extra nonsense for "free"?

I did finally get 2 showings the other day, and there is news of rate drops coming, so maybe it will sell soon.
