If I were to relocate, I would become an agent in Arizona with the long-term goal of having investment properties and utilizing the BRRRR method for buy & hold.

I have two condos that I used the BRRR method and have another under contract to close on July 31st.

So in conclusion, you should use the BRRRR method as youll be able to purchase more properties creating a higher cash flow. 

We use an umbrella coverage as our primary method of asset protection.  

Hey @Jeremy Hart and @Tyler Daniel Flinchum,  Do either of you have recommendations for professionals in the area that are familiar real estate investing (mostly will be considering the BRRRR method)? 

There’s not a lot you can do on your own without much knowledge on different backlink acquisition methods, unfortunately.

@Jenna Herr I actually took the method you are referencing to an extreme on my first property.  

I've always struggled with task management/to-do lists and I've been bouncing back and forth with different methods for years.

Obviously the BRRRR method is what we are leaning towards.
