We thought we had this covered with the HUD architect review but it looks like our pre-construction lender to HUD- did not know we wanted the green cert for interest and point savings.We have 2 builds- 1 80% done and the second is on the development path with construction beginning in 4 months.  42 units for 1 and 40 for the other- 3 story walk-up. 

@John ConnollyBelow are some tips if you are looking for a local CPA.1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

This will be my first season using them so I cannot give a review yet, but the concept makes sense. 

Was not too hard to keep accurate books and my accountant had access to access, review, ask questions, etc.  

Anyway I have reviewed my lease and there is a specific paragraph related to parking.

Review and know the sales contract so they don’t have to explain it to you over and over again.

Starting a rehab, I’ve had five plumbers out, 3 came back with bids two of them are just under $11k (moving a toilet and shower drain on slab foundation and other misc.) the third is at $5k, of whom I had to write the contract up, confirmed the scope to match others, have found good reviews on a contractor site.

I've reviewed several of these expensive programs and I've discovered that ALL, of the information can be found in books.
