I had made my mind to buy quality homes that I would live in myself. 1980 or newer, Single Family Detached, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 2 Car Garage, Single Story, 1200-1800 SF, in good middle class neighborhood, good schools, no private pool.

If a property is listed on Zillow as a rent to own but with an agent, as an investor looking to do a lease purchase how would you structure that deal?

I borrowed money from one of my RE buddies and offered him to split it all the way down to the middle.

Roselle is a middle of the road town in terms of crime and income for the most part, taxes can be high, but rents are less than stellar for multis.
