It's your choice on who does it.

You should have 3 choices so could have other back ups.

I don’t have a problem with purchasing in an area that is within 30 minutes of a sizable town because there will be jobs available and there will be a choice of different property management companies.Have you found it difficult to hire property management outside of Mason City?

That way not offending him but giving him a choice and say in the deal!

But I am value add player,so finance is import for me,even I can get hard money loan at first place.If I increase the NOI to add value,re-finance choices still be limited,then the only way is to sell the self storage?

But, buying an Umbrella Insurance policy can be a better choice.

We aren't restricted on a specific state or region (as we live oversees so all will be long distance investing), but we want to make the right choice as far as area.  

From books and articles I've read here on BiggerPockets, I'm comfortable gathering information to help determine whether a market is favorable or not, but I'm overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices when investing out of state.

The reality is when you receive an Offer, you have 3 choices: (1) ACCEPT. (2) REJECT. (3) COUNTER.  

It was not my peers in the same boat, it was people and services with the means.I believe being late to the game, experiencing the results of poor choices, gave me an immense appreciation for those that are able to help raise others up and gave me the strong desire to become such a person myself, within the community.The way I see it, this business is a means to an end, to be of service.
