@Eric McCully I have used the LG models purchased from Home Depot,,,,cannot say theyAre the best, but they are affordable and perform well until they rust out (4 blocks from the Ocean).  

A couple of weekends ago, I installed Home Depot Allure "Oak" directly over the lino in my apartment's bath and kitchen.

They will charge and tax and fine the Landlords an arm and a leg, but they themselves are the worst landlord when it comes to taking care of tenants and their buildings.Herman Gardens in Detroit was gorgeous.

A tree with a base of matching bark or groundcover would do well planted in the centre of the right side of the yard to balance the larger garden on the left side.

It's not like you can go to Home Depot.

Basically, hook up a jet nozzle ($3-5 @ box stores)  to a garden hose, then let the jet "drill" under the concrete. 

Be sure to back these numbers up with some research (i.e. rentometer.com for rents, bids for repairs, or a home depot checklist).Be prepared with your numbers.  

I need to get bathroom vanities asap, and I need stores that have a high selection of pre-assembled vanities available for pick-up on the spot but lowe's and home depot do not have a high selection unless it is special order, which can take 5 to 7 days to order.

I have also used Home Advisor/ Yellow Van Handyman when I lived in Tacoma.Another tip is go to Home Depot early in the morning.
