Ok, these guys inspire me, and the show is great, but not being in REI very long, what is fluff, what is drama, what is the director on site telling them to do, stage, etc.Any comments?

Hi, I am new to this site pretty new to REI.

I stumbled across this site while searching the internet for any kind of real estate investment info I could find.

I have been looking at this site now for a coulpe of weeks and it's amazing how much useful information is avaliable.

I just discovered this site it looks great.I am also an experienced S/W developer that has banded together with a team of engineers to make software that works great for small real estate investors.

Additionally, I notice there is a huge difference in teh values when I have my realtor pull comps even when there isnt any "gated area".This brings me to this question...Does anyone have any other electronic AMV sites that they use that dont sapm the crap out of you when you use them?
