Hello LarryFor $27.00 you get an explanation on the differece of tax deeds and tax liens unvestig in addition a list of the 3300 counties web link.Also you'll receive almost weekly bitches explaining various aspect.Sure you can get the information for free, but save our time.I brought the programs and been happy with the data I recieved.The follow up information for the initail $27.00 made it worthy it for me.

The city properties you need to be real careful as the margins will be very tight and with the old homes you can run into some unexpected issues($$) once you start tackling the rehab.Also I would connect with some of the local wholesalers (who you can meet at the FFREIA meetings or through web searches) to get on their lists as they might have something that meets your criteria.

They have a ton of add-on features and even a "web portal" solution that allows us to deliver real-time information to anyone whether it is in the office or in the field.  

Search on the web and called around, no luck. 

The program offers  a tenant facing web portal to pay their rent, can accept credit cards and you can charge the fee to the tenant, will do tenant screening for a minimal cost (again, can charge the tenant), does pretty much full accounting, and the list goes on and on.  

They're getting caught up in all this REI web/internet hype.

I worked with the Zillow API a little bit and having results populate in Excel; but then I was interested in Craiglist results to find the "For Sale by Owner" listings (web scraping; there can be some issues with that if done wrong though so was hoping for an open API there).  

They have a web site so you can get some information about the company and contacts.
