I was really inspired after hearing BP podcast with Ashely Hamilton.When does the weather change there?

I am looking into buying two properties this year, but don't know weather a town home or a single family home is better.

In my area, filters can easily last six months, so we send a reminder around September and April when the weather is most likely to change.3.

I would say Luckily it is not fireplace season given the time of year and the warm weather.

Do it during nicer weather where you're more apt to see people out and about.

My grandparents are still alive today and they've truly weathered the storm of life  #whatupmexico. 

We were starting to get a little concerned, since that place is right downtown in a nice small town tourist market.I'm attributing it to a) weather getting better, and b) fears about the economy abating somewhat....Anyone else noticed a sudden pickup?

It's not uncommon for homes here to move due to our dry and wet periods of weather.
