I think the requirements above are necessary as we already have too many agents in this country who have no clue what they are doing!

I don't expect perfect sentence structure or grammar but certain things will give you clues about the person.Do you smoke.....ANYTHING.....Does anyone who would potentially live at the property smoke....ANYTHINGDoes anyone who would potentially visit you at the property smoke.....ANYTHINGHow may people would potentially live at the property with you?

I had no clue how I was going to get there, but come hell or high water, I was going to.

Since we buy/sell in the area and know it very well I was able to locate the house with clues the agent at NWA gave me. http://search.har.com/engine/226-Faust-Ln-Houston-TX-77024_HAR78761198.htm Red flag.

I actually remember calling on a few craigslist ads. and putting two and two together those running them simply reading from a script and had no real clue as to how lending works.. much like cold calls form boiler rooms that wholesalers use these days.   

We have all joint accounts and she has no clue what our net worth is or even what we are invested in.

I have been doing this 42 years now and that simply is not have retail buyers buy... 99% use and agent since they have no clue about real estate.. but it makes nice internet fodder...

I have no clue how anyone could live on 40k a year..

@Brady Macdonald the average person has no clue how much is to be made in trades.

Unless you have been on both ends of the process, you don't have a clue about it.
