Also car magazines and junk sale mags are great as the folks advertising are willing to answer a call from an unknown number. 

I've always said there are no secrets in real estate, the TIC "method" has been around for about 25 years, is generally unknown is the simplified process and applications of a TIC arrangement.

Generally there is room for improvement, a need for further education, exposure to unknown and un-thought of problems, and training at all levels of real restate investing that is the reason BiggerPockets is so popular and appreciated so much by so many people.Rather than bash you I would suggest you become more open minded and listen and question why others do see the great benefit of having real estate wholesalers as an integral part of our business.

I would hate to purchase something and then be restricted by the unknowns.

I found out about Lakeland through doing my own research online and it seemed like a great area to live it provided that I can get a job I like there.I wouldn't say Lakeland is unknown to people in Miami.
