I believe it is all cut and dry websites for $10/month.If you'd like your visitors to search for listings, you'll need to integrate an IDX I use iHomefinder or IDXBroker.

If your basement is not finished and you just want a clean, dry basement then having an interior system put in is perfectly fine.

Also the intake or the pump could be too low and sucking in debris from the bottom or the well might not be capable of enough flow and is running the pump dry.

Just came back from a SFH I did repairs on in a nice area .I hired out the dry wall work good buddy .I fixed doors,deck ,bathroom issues that saved me 200 or more .The drywall work might be free he owes me a favor no biggie either way .
