@Jimmy Ho good work I think you will find land deals MUCH less competitive than trying to buy what 99% of folks want to buy and that is SFR's.Although in CA be forwarded there is a lot of land that is worthless.. so be carefulJust because the county planning says no problem.. most rural parcels need water IE well and Septic .. many lots that get sold for cheap will not pass either of these and those that buy them just throw their money down the drainbut there are good deals too...

I don't think it's illegal to mention race or family status on a forum post, as long as I don't use race / family status as a tenant screening criteria (did include a note about that).By the way, in these days & age of political correctness, I use fake name & throw away email / phone number.
