I will say since I'm already here it would be the easiest choice but not sure if it's the choice I want to make.

Maybe it's not as much of a choice as you think.

Same goes for realtors, same goes for contractors, etc.SFR vs Commercial Multi-family: Dealers choice ... each have their pros and cons and depends on what you're looking for.

The choices made in this state and city resulted in businesses and people migrating here at accelerated levels.

And one you cannot increase by making the wrong choices. 

I came to this choice after trying out the typical W2/9a-5p job and coming to the conclusion that it wasn't for me.

But for someone looking to replace their income quickly, without a big bank roll,  buying a 400k house in silver spring or Rockville probably wouldn't be the best choice
