Eviction is really your only legal option if they are not communicating with you.  

I have one investment with FNRP and I don't recommend them at all based on this experience. 

Basically saying the seller would pay a commission of XX percent based on the agreed total amount of an executed purchase and sale agreement.This way the seller does not play games with commissions.

That being said- you have TONS of equity, so you are in a really great spot, that gives you options. 

Question from the other side, appreciate your help:House owner was trying to sell his house but didn't get good offers so he rented it out to me, we signed a lease and I gave him the security deposit.Later before move-in, the owner said the house was in a contingent sale which the owner cancelled but the buyer didn't and the buyer fulfilled his conditions and he wants to move forward with the saleWhat are my options as a tenant, move in date not reached yet and owner saying sorry go find another place to rent?

Are these good options? 

I’m an investor based out of Columbus, OH.

I was told that on a NNN lease, brokers should take a commission of X% of base rent (price per SF x SF) - not total rent (which includes NNN).

I would like to rent it out to traveling nurses or corporate rentals since there is a very large Navy Base there and also 2 hospitals.

If you get there then yes not every agent knows how to handle them, but again, based on the numbers I saw, your not there yet and have room to work.
