The struggle is finding one who will lend on SFRs.

@Aaron Linde I appreciate your input, I myself am a naturally shy and conserved person so this whole process has been a struggle for me.

I simply state that I am willing to live without a bigger home, but could not live with myself if I didn't do everything in my power to help a struggling single mother with a special needs child when they needed it most. 

Wholesalers are struggling to find deals here, as are investors doing their own direct mail.

I can get good capital gain in here in NZ, but I do struggle with Cash flow so just trying to complement my strategies a bit.
