To imply poor people don't have a right to housing or that a landlord who provides them housing should be penalized is wrong.Poor people work in essential jobs at meat packing plants, grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.

Go into this without the expectation of refinancing.Take the 15 year seller financed route, this can fly without the Safe Act issues, but set it up for it to be fully amortized.Make sure you don't have a prepayment I'd index those adjustments as well.As to the low traffic, what is acceptable is very light commercial use, in home offices, a one chair beauty shop, what is not acceptable are high traffic counts, walk-in traffic, businesses that carry high exposures to various risks, like a gas station on the property.
