Does anyone have any wholesale secrets, websites to get these products at a cheaper cost? 

We have 3 single family houses in Indianapolis, and our current insurance (we’ve used them for 17 years!) 

My eyes are always open for multi family opportunities or single family homes in good areas if anyone ever comes across something!

My CPA confirms it is preferable for simplicity I  should only have a single member LLC.My question is this: which is more hassle?
