This is how they make their money, but often you can find that they will help you with colors and selection if you buy a kitchen from them, this is what I do for my customers.

As property values rose in the crazy market, people learned they had a lot of equity in their primary home.

Home prices rose significantly over the last 3 years in a way that caused typical STR returns to tumble from 40%+ to half of that or less.

We finally replaced the roof, flashing, gutters etc on another older home & sold it 3 years later, the buyers then completely re-roofed it for different colored tile, gutters etc ???

My preference is quartz because it requires less maintenance and has a wider option of colors.

You need a bunch more art and color on those walls.Are you only on AirBNB?

But there are a lot of tax pros who view that reversed.If I walked into a salon and they were watching a youtube video on how to do the hair color I requested while telling me they could do it and charging me...I'd be pretty upset.
