Hi BP,Im trying to figure out if I should look into using a HELOC on my parents home to buy a rental property in cash.

Do you plan to move into the next one, transitioning this one to a full rental? 

for my rental property which is vacant right now, i see requests coming for a year lease for corporate lease or for AirBnB-ing... 

He owns 150 rental units and my Dad owns 15 rental units.

Are you aware of any online forums for people who are severely allergic to animals and who want to find a vacation rental that is less likely to trigger their allergic reactions? 

I learned that they lost their job but have secured a new position that started on the 29th.The property management company has advised me to get the property certified as a rental, but it failed inspection.
