My wife and I got started on house hacking in Raleigh and rent out rooms using airbnb.

It felt like a glorified rent-to-own agreement. 

Althought rents are high, there is a concern that rent increases are not going to keep pace with the increasing expenses that landlords are facing.

That was a first and I've been renting 2 units as MTR for over 10 years.

When we did it, rates and prices were low enough (and rents were high enough) to still be in a cash flow positive position despite the higher mortgages. 

Hi All -I'm looking for an insurance poly to use in renting out a pontoon that we have at our STR Cabin. 

We just moved out and are renting it long term and making around $400/month.

I've watched a ton of BP podcasts and videos but I'm brand new to the forum.My long story short is that my wife and I had our second baby on the way and although our rent arrangement is very favorable, we needed to upgrade for more space.

If it does not sell I will pivot and rent as a co-living space.
