This is actually a sign of a growing stronger economy.I would suggest you shop around at different banks. 

Problem is they don't always remember to empty the pail.

Hi @Brennan Doherty In my opinion, the fastest way to grow your portfolio and reach financial freedom is to start with apartment investing from the beginning.

The Villages is growing so fast and may be good for rentals.

Ankeny is growing like mad, has the highest rents, and it’s the area I know best.

Fortunately, we work a different shift which will allow me more time to focus on RE.I really don't even know how I came across BiggerPockets; I remember reading an article about live-in flips, and through clicking and reading, clicking and reading, and found myself here.

Remember that someone experienced makes LESS MONEY on referrals typically because they already have tons of business.Some brokers/agents do not have time for any referrals.
