Remember there are so many ways to find leverage and use funding both private and debt to help you get into properties and do the types of projects that you want to be in.

However, it is possible to invest your retirement funds in alternative investments such as real estate, trust deeds, tax liens, private companies, syndication, private lending, etc. etc.

I'm interested in scaling my business through private money and am starting to explore that avenue.
